I am 43 years old & probably in the best shape of my life, not just body lean & toned, but energy wise & my physical capacity. I enjoy my food & have found an easy balance that keeps the fat off & the energy up.

I have been a physical trainer & exercise scientist in elite, pro sports for over 15 years. It's an amazing career & I have worked very hard to be successful with it. It has taken me around the world & I’ve been fortunate to have some great clients & attend some pretty cool sporting events.

I am also one of the laziest people you will meet.

I call it being ‘selectively lazy’. I don’t believe you have to live every day as if it were your last. I don’t believe you have to get the most out of every single day and never waste a moment. I do believe in following your heart and looking after yourself. Going for anything and everything you want in this life and enjoying the journey along the way. I believe in being kind and helping others when you can but to always pursue your dreams and don’t let anyone stop you.

And most of all, I believe you can get so much more out of life when you are fit and healthy.

Even if it means simply being a bit more active than you are now. It just gives you as good a shot as possible of living longer and healthier….and to me, that’s worth pursuing. With me, there is quite a bit that comes between growing up in south-east England, moving to the US for university and training some of the best athletes in the world.

With the help of some amazing mentors, teachers and a decent amount of hard work at times, I have been fortunate to train 4 female, world number one, professional tennis players and many other top 10 players.

I’ve also trained the top athletes from pretty much every major sport…NFL, NBA, Premier League Football, MLS, PGA, LPGA, MLB, WTA and ATP.

I'm now finding great enjoyment in helping people achieve health & fitness in their daily lives. I've always helped out friends & family over the years and now, after a few more people asking me to help them, I've finally put everything together & it's available to anyone. General fitness should be fun & simple. We are not competing for World Championships or Olympic Medals, but we still want to look healthy, younger, toned, lean & with a great energy for our lives.

I’ve seen people struggle with these goals & I would love to help. To offer a program that is effective, SIMPLE & does exactly what it’s supposed to...exactly target everything we want to look & feel great. My program can be used by anyone, anywhere.

How your body looks can give you an awesome self-confidence. Being in better shape can increase your capacity to play with family, friends, enjoy vacations & be more active in your life. Cliche or not, it really can change your life.

My History:

  • Grew up in Essex, England. Don’t quite have the full accent anymore.
  • Sport and exercise lover for as long as I can remember.
  • First dream I can remember was wanting to be a professional footballer (soccer).
  • Played for English Premier League football team, West Ham United, on their youth academy team for 3 years. Until they dropped me one cold evening        after practice.
  • Always played football and tennis mainly growing up.
  • Realised around 16-17 years old that I was solar powered.
  • Took a year off after high school and worked at Footlocker in the mall. Practiced my arse off at tennis for a year too.
  • Moved to the USA on a tennis scholarship for university in 1995. No real idea of what I wanted to study or do after.

A Few Years Go By...

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology (2000).
  • Master's Degree in Health and Exercise Science (2002).
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2001.

A Few More Years Go By...

  • Been studying and researching fitness, exercise and health for 20 years now.
  • Spent two years as a Director of Performance at the IMG Sports Academy in Bradenton, Florida. Barely made enough money to pay rent.
  • Over 15 years working with elite, pro athletes in performance enhancement, injury prevention, strength, power, speed, energy system development and  recovery. Amazing career so far, it’s taken me around the world and I’m thankful for it all more than I can ever say. It’s made me who I am today and I hope to  continue for many years.
  • 10ish years experience in personal training, fat loss, muscle tone, muscle building and corrective posture exercises. Started this after being pestered by   friends and family to get them in shape. This has become a great passion for me and a lot of fun.
  • My programs are the result of constantly tweaking my friends and family’s workouts over the years. I think you will enjoy them and see results quickly.

Exercise doesn’t need to be your passion…it’s mine. Follow along with what I advise and it will take care of itself. You’ll be freer to get the most out of your own life and dreams.
